Some news from the Snes9x Developers Journal. It seems that when summer comes
Jerremy is off to enjoy the weather (as I should), and most
of the work banks on to Gary. This said, it appears that
Snes9x development will speed at 2 hours of work per day,
with a couple of things to do in the bag. Those are SA-1
emulation (as needed by Super Mario RPG) and 3dfx support
for the Windows port. Gary is wondering if you guys would
prefer an SA-1 and fixed sound release now and then have
3dfx support after he comes back from his one week vacation.
Post your comments on their Web Forum and
let him know what you think. This might make the difference
between having a release shortly vs. waiting 10 or more
days for it. What do you think? Make your opinion be heard.
