On an unexpected move, bleem! has moved to a new version number,
and not to finalize the previous cycle or a newer beta.
This new version has a long list of new features and improvements. However, I haven't heard about or seen them
in action as I'm not a PSX owner personally. They do look
like it has been a big jump in the emulator development.
