MAME & IC make the San Jose News - May 11, '98 by JoseQ
The San Jose Mercury News has written an article about Arcade Emulation and the Law. The nice thing about the article is how it puts Insert Coins owner, Shane Monroe, in an argument with one of the IDSA directors Kathlene Karg. The Coinster, as us, #mamegames people, know him does an excellent job of representing the emulation community by expressing very good points. And what he states is just the truth, "You're (IDSA) not going to stop it".
The EV position is right there with Insert Coin as to we're never going to die. You can play whack-a-mole with some of us, but we will always find a way to come back. Emulation is here to stay, and that's that.
