FPSE News... (0 messages)
The FPSE website was updated yesterday with news about the progress of this Playstation emulator. The CTRLIO plugin has been fixed by SaPu making Windows NT/2000 work with CDs. Compatibility has been increased somewhat, and as usual, it has also received some speed optimizations. Apparently the new configurator is pretty [...more]
Apollo Site Update... (4 messages)
The Apollo64 site has recovered from a short period where the news had disappeared. With their comeback, Azimer also updates on what he has been doing. He has been working hard with F|RES on TR64 and adding FlashRAM support in Apollo. He's also looking for some people to start a new project, although not many details [...more]

The Rumor Mill! (41 messages)
Welcome back to the first edition of The Rumor Mill for the year 2001! While some author seem to still be recuperating from the Holiday season, I'm back with whatever I could dig up for this week. I did manage to get at least some goodies from NESten, Atani, Genital, Hu-Go!, TR64, 1964, AGES, Bliss and Laser. Well it seems [...more]
Steem 1.4! (0 messages)
The first version of Steem for this year has been released! You can get version 1.4 of Steem from the Emulator Download Page as usual. A lot of bug fixes going into this release. Final Burn 0.069! (20 messages)
A new version of Final Burn has been released by Dave! You can download it from the Emulator Download Page right now! This new version adds a region switch to the INI file to know which CPS-2 "Street Fighter" to play. The row scroll shown on the website yesterday is still not included in the release, but the SFZ decode files distributed by CPS-2 Shock yesterday are now in use. Enjoy! [comments]

Bliss update... (1 messages)
I was very glad to learn that the Bliss author is back from vacation and already working on finishing up the next release of this Intellivision emulator. This should happen within a few weeks he mentions. He also makes a brief mention of Intv and it's features. I will try to get some info on these emulators for the comeback of the Rumor Mill feature, happening tomorrow of course. Watch out! [comments]
RockNES Report... (1 messages)
The RockNES website was updated today with news about 'RockNES X' progress as well as some improvements to the original DOS version. The Windows port has working NetPlay already which is said to be better than Nesticle. However, the author still wants to improve on it. The DOS version has mapper #160 fixed, while adding [...more]
CPS2Shock Takes a Stand... (54 messages)
Something that happened yesterday that I missed... CPS2Shock made a statement yesterday, taking a stand in the releasing of CPS2 dumps. To summarize, they will basically have a well controlled release schedule while respecting Capcom and it's right. No 1996 and 1997 games will be released for a while, and no information [...more]
