Have you been OverClocked? - November 02,1999 by JoseQ
I think this is the prime example of originality andemu-interest that we always like to see in the scene. DavidLloyd has just pointed me up to his latest creation, a cartoon/comic-strip known as OverClocked. In it, his characters presenthumorous scenes related to emulation. This comes from a guylooking for a way to contribute to the scene, and it showsthat you don't need to be a emu-programmer, web-master,server-owner, list-maintainer or many other things to makeyour little contribution to the scene. We all try in ourown way doing what we like to do. Kudos to David for hisoriginality presenting us with his neat cartoon. The stripsshould be updated regularly. Check it out if it interestsyou.

okay, it's nicely drawn, and very well presented. but like, what's it supposed to represent?, i never found funny, nor informative :(

i found it as interesting watching a childrens school production.

now, dont get me wrong, i'm not saying it's bad, i just didnt like it, and was wondering on other peoples views on this.

I have to agree here, unfortunately. I'm looking at this comic and seeing a number of cliches being employed. :/

Hehe... I'm reminded of a parody by Weird Al:

"My TV makes me so bored, makes me say 'Oh My Lord'! What is this garbage here when I cover my eyes and plug my ears! It sucks, and that's no lie, it's about as much fun as watching paint dry! It lowers my IQ one notch, and that's the reason why *UNH!* I can't watch. *dum da da dum* I told ya, I can't watch this. Yo pass me that remote control, I can't watch this. Poke out my eyes, man! I can't watch this...."

(Hehe... okay, the comic's not that bad.)
