MAME 0.36 Beta 16! - February 03,2000 by JoseQ
Just caught the file while it was being uploaded by Nicola. The source and binary files are available for download from the Emulator Download Page right now. Nine new games are supportedas of this beta as well as some changes including:sound for Warp Warp (thanks to our hero Juergen!) and Sindbad Mystery, shadow fixes inNamco System 1 games, and more. Check out the whatsnew.txtfor the details. Here's the list of new games with theircontributors:

    >Another Mame Beta cockup. To be fair though, it is a beta not full release. Will the Mame taem sort it - probably not. We will have to carry on running several versions

    Your right the binary from vintage gaming
    and here both crash and the one from
    retrogames works fine, incidently it is
    a slightly smaller zip download too. Don't
    know what the difference is but it worked
    for me as well!

    deleted cfgs

    and i still get

    Maybe it's because of UPX?
    I used UPX 0.92 to compress the executable.
