Modeler W.I.P. - January 27,2001 by JoseQ
The Modeler website was updated today with news about the progress of this powerful emulator. The System32 and Model 1 drivers have now been merged into one binary. More exciting news though come in the form of screenshots from: "Sonic" ,"Rad Modile" and "Arabian Fight". While the games are still not playable, they work in demo mode with quite garbled graphics; but still, it's quite interesting progress. Keep an eye on the site for more news on this emulator which has been rumored to have a release happening soon. We'll see how that goes.

1st off I would like to thank Jose for a great website and my eternal gratitude to the developers of all the emulators - They all do a fine job.

I agree in part to the comments made - You rarely NEED games but in some circumstances you do.

I posted a msg ages ago because my Spiderman PCB has errored and when I bought the machine it cost me over 1000 work that out in dollars.

I was glad for the help to find the roms required - it is going to make me so happy to see this game working again and to be quiet honest fixing the PCB is beyond my finances after just buying a house.

So lets just say - Thanks - dont stop asking for games just forget thr word NEED and lets all have fun and play nice - LOL

All the best to everyone

Delboy

lets make this clear:

NO ONE *NEEDS* ANY BLOODY GAMES!

you may want to play a game, not need a game! if you "need" a game, buy the pcb for gods sake!

i`m sick of people saying need!

how many of you actually contribute to the scene?

i wonder if anyone that has ever posted "i need this game"

has ever bought and dumped a game, or made a game available for dumping?

constructive criticism and praise + contributions are whats needed not begging or pleading.

how many games are emulated? not enough for you?

and how many people actually thank mr q for hosting the latest roms here? or bother clicking on the banners to pay for the roms? or even thank him for all the time he puts into this site?

rant over.

-kots

Uh, I need a game. I don't want a game. I NEED a game!! You just don't understand. I really need a game. It's ridiculous how badly I need a game. You couldn't begin to comprehend how badly I need a game. I mean, (sigh), ... I need a game.

I have a PIII-600 and Golden Axe 2 ran with a perfect speed.. so it shouldn't be that big difference once the emu has reached a better stage..
