Final Burn 0.093! - February 02,2001 by JoseQ
It's not surprising to see this many Final Burn releases every day, but seeing Dave add support for new games this quickly is amazing. You can get version 0.093 of this great emulator from the Emulator Download Page right now. It supports "Dungeons & Dragons: Tower of Doom", a game that will probably make the rounds around the ROM pages fairly soon. This game has support for 4 players, so it should be great fun for your emulation parties. I'll let you guys know when the game has been uploaded. This time I will verify the set before posting it. Thanks to Eric Fichot from RC ROMs for the news!

Yo, Yo guess what everybody somebody over at Zophar Domain has found a way to make the text of some of the games to display in ENGLISH!!!

Mad props to them.....

"Again, region code for USA in CPS2 games seems to be 01.
The Street Fighter Zero I tested it with was the CPS Changer version.

List of Games I have tested with the region switch:
Street Fighter Zero (CPS Changer)
Vampire Savior
X-Men: COTA"

In other words open the .ini files of the games and change the last two letters of the region setting to "01" to display in english.

EVERYBODY PASS THIS ON............

- the music in introduction and demos of the recent released cps2 games is missing - will it be fixed soon?

- bloody great work for Dave and CPS2team - they should release a list of cps2 games that SURELY won't be dumped, so people will stop stressing them more

- it's important to release games which havent been converted for any platform, like Armored Warrior, AlienVsPredator and 19xx

- for Dave, you should fix Thunderblade and Outrun, 'cos FinalBurn is a masterpiece incomplete

-2001 is the year of Big things for emulation, like cps2, system 32, model 1 and more, so enjoy it and be happy!

To get demo-sound hit F2 and you will come to the
board config menu, go into the sound or config
sub-menu and ta-dah!!. If you took the time to
read the Final Burn readme file you would have
figured it out yourself.
I think itīs about time we got to see SSF2 Turbo
decrypted and emulated.
And a BIG thank you to Dave AND the the CPS2shock
crew!!!

Most games don't have sound.

I've waited 3 years for D&D Tower of Doom to be emulated.
