Calice 0.1.0! - February 12,2001 by JoseQ
A new version of Calice has been released! You can download version 0.1.0 from the Emulator Download Page right now! This version fixes the priorities between the scroll 2 and the sprites. There's also three new games supported: "Forgotten Worlds", "Lost Worlds" (Japanese), "Quiz Tonosama no Yabou 2 Zenkoku-ban" (also Japanese). The author is looking for an "Asterix & Obelix" arcade game dump, if you have any info, please contact him. Another thing I noticed is that the author posted my little pic on the top of his page, cool!

One Article Up: FPSE does FIFA 2001!
One Article Down: Bliss 1.4!

yea maybe it'll emulate all of the cps1 games someday. Something that Callus already achieved FOUR YEARS AGO!!!

Anyway Callus doesn't emulate all games perfectly.

And it's still good to see new emus... ANYWAY, you see Final Burn, which was supposed to emulate After Burner, which emulate(d) the CPS-2 !!

Or Callus itself, with its patched version can play non CPS-1 games !!!...

So I think a new emu is always kewl, and can bring a lot of interesting stuff, like support for unsupported games so far.

Just like Gens... This Genesis emu.
When it 1st came out, I laughed at it, cuz it was sooooooooooo crappy...

But now it's my favorite emu ever...

I have a feeling about this one. I think Calice will be a very BIG thing in the future.
