Nebula update... - March 14,2001 by JoseQ
While the Nebula update at Emulatronia begins by blaming Dave and Gridle of speaking too early claiming that Nebula was fake, everybody knows that I can't blame anybody for that. I didn't feel Nebula was fake though, but probably because I am a regular Emulatronia visitor and understand Spanish. There is some information about the latest private release of the emulator. There's still no sound support, but it does support the Rowscroll effect used in some games. Sound has been implemented and improved although not to perfect levels. The Emulatronia staff also received two drivers that demonstrated the plug-in nature of the emulator. Hopefully this means that a release nears.

Who on God's green earth is going to click on a stupid, annoying, intruding COMMERCIAL, that stops them from posting on the board becase the DAM windows keep popping up over the page. I thought you were saving MONEY by not hosting ROMS and there were NO popups then. AARRGGHH!!!

I remember JoseQ told us after calling people at Bleem, in the early dev.stages before any release, he was thinking bleem was a complete fake (their answers on the phone were not very clear in fact, because the person answering was not really technical)...
Many people flamed him for that... But heh ! Good old fans like me can understand anybody can make a mistake or a too quick judgement ; only people who do nothing never mistake !

Thanks 4 your nice work on this site mister Q !
