I try each version of this emulator, hoping that
maybe one day I'll load a version that actually
runs. usually it freezes up the computer, or
can't find the roms, or on the rare occasion that
it is playing a game, it starts glitching out.
I guess my Athlon 1.2 gig system can't handle such
a bad-ass emu.. lol
Oh well, for now i'll just stick to Final Burn and
the Final Burn hacks. It has always worked from the
very first release.

This is surprising I run Nebula on my machine and while it isn't a constant 60fps as with FB...it is more than 40 constant. I run Nebula with a Celeron 300A at 450mhz, 192mb ram, an SBLive! Retail, and my CL Annihilator (GeForce SDR). All the roms I use are the same ones I use for FB in fact I point nebula the my FB Roms dir and just stick them all in one spot.

It has to be some combatibility issue regarding all these various hardware probs. I haven't an answer other than a powerful proc isn't really what is required...so much as finding or having the right hardware that actually clicks with this emu.

I have a Athlon Thunderbird cpu with an ASUS A7V MB. and 384 megs of RAM. I do have an older TNT2 Ultra video card. I tried just loading the roms from the final burn folder, but it didn't work, so I copied the roms to my NEBULA folder. Nebula claims to detect missing parts to 80% of my final burn roms and won't run them. The roms I have do not fully match the set for Nebula. I don't know why.

Download ROMcenter and let it fix your ROM sets.

Will Nebula fix the problem with Savage cards? I have S3 Savage4 32 AGP ang I see only blackness in my screen when I run a rom whith Nebula. The Nebula Read.me file also mentions that.
Well?

Finally!

I thought I was insane or something (realizing he has just opened himself up for that...).

But some games did seem much much louder than some...and this should provide a good workaround for that.
