MAME32 0.63! - January 13,2003 by JoseQ
Closely following the original MAME release, the good guys behind MAME32 have released an updated version. You can download it (without the need to log into Gamespy) from the Emulator Download Page right now. As you would expect, this brings the MAME32 build up to date with the original binary, but it has a number of changes of itself like the addition of an option to display the clones 'grouped' under their original game. Check out the whatsnew32.txt for all the details.

P.S. Does anybody know where i can download any MAME roms nowadays, I cant find anywhere where I can download .62 and .63 version's new games.
I really wanna download and play Cruis'n USA, but I cant find it!

You are misinformed my friend.. those are System32 games. Model 1 is completely different (like Star Wars Arcade... etc. mostly polygon games).

Modeler, the emulator that deals specifically with System32 and Model 1 games emulates those games FAR better than Mame does currently, and has been playable for YEARS now. Check out their site and see what I mean.

Modeler has preliminary support for actual model 1 games, plus kaillera support (online play!) so if you want to play the games much better but also with your friends on the 'net. ; )

This is how you do it : first you buy a second hand Cruisn' USA arcade machine, then you stick it´s circuit board outside, wire it up to some electronic kit capable of dumping the chips' contents to a PC, and there you have it, your fine roms to play with...

Or you could get one of those "SuperGun" style converters and play the games. No need to even dump the roms.. use the original boards! (buy them off ebay auctions)

Seriously though, unless rom links are illegal here (this site USED to provide roms and only took them down due to cost of upkeep bandwidth) check out emuchina.net ... should have everything (if you can get in that is!) mame.net also has links to rom sites in their links section.

It is cool to finally see them in MAME but their not Model 1, their System 32 and its faster in Modeler ;)
